She could do what my neighbor did to his backyard: concrete it over. No watering needed.

Some do concrete their lawns there. Then paint the concrete green.

We've had some dealings in concrete in the past several years. It don't come cheap.

If when something doesn't go to the script armed police are trained to stop the non-complying actions up to and including deadly force. The STATE is a powerful tool and a awful master.
