Nimoy to reprise Spock role in Trek film
Whatever. I just hope no one's trying to recruit Kirstie Alley to reprise the role of Lt. Saavik.
Posted by Terry Oglesby at July 27, 2007 12:30 PMHer encounter with the replicator and the "never-ending buffet" (ask and ye shall recieve and devour) may have been the beginning of her troubles. I wouldn't be surprised if she has a "no replicator within 100 ft." in her contract. She is kinda cute with pointy ears, though, in a logical way.
They did ask Nimoy why he was reprising his involvement with the Trekkies, and he mentioned something about the script and director/crew being great, as well as being a "logical" choice. I'm sure they also threw some serious coin his way as well, though it's not like he's getting alot of offers for other movies.

Posted by: Marc V at July 27, 2007 01:29 PMOoops again - I think my cerebral replicator is on "da fritz": i before e except after c. Oh for blog comments with spell checker ...
