Well, he's no Fred! Thompson!, but still, I believe he offers a realistic, workable, honest vision for America.
Or, if we can't have Dave, I suggest Dan.
He was able to keep a team running for years on a shoestring budget - seems he would do a good job doing the same for the government.

Written in 1964 and still so very true today. I can't tell if that's a vibrant symbol of our democracy working or a sad statement of the types that would be president.
