I really MUST start carrying around a camera.

On the way to Sneaky Pete's across the street, I noticed a very nice Model A woodie parked at the curb over by the credit union that was almost a dead ringer for this one.

I thought I'd go back after I got my food and take a closer look, but it was already gone.

As nice as that is and as much as my inner moron wants to do a "Project", I'm very happy we don't build them like we used to.

Drove out to a clinet and saw a multi-car pileup, idots in rain going too fast. From the skid marks I'd guess all 3 where going 70 or so... no one died or was seriously hurt. Seatbelts, airbags and crumple zones did their job. To bad the drivers didn't

Amen to that--there was an article online not too long ago about a family that was killed riding in their restored Duesenberg. Those old timey cars are cool, but I wouldn't want to use them for everyday getting around.
