Maybe they were intimating that the suspect doesn't have a whole lot to "go" with.

Come to think of it, perhaps had you combined this story with the next one, it would have been funnier.

Oh, and depending on the gender and attractiveness of the tickler, naked tickling could be necessary.

As for the tickler, I say since in this case it's a he, and seems to have a case of the hots for elderly ticklees, that it's best we not ask for more such ticklation.

I would say, though, should the tickler be someone along the lines of, say, star volleyball player Gabrielle Reece, AND she had a proclivity for tickling on mature chubby fellows, then I would volunteer for a stakeout. If Reba would let me.
