FINALLY!

All these years, that whole thing about "if a tree falls in the forest and no one is around, does it make a sound" have driven me up the wall--but now, I know!

What on earth do they mean "one of the most dramatic upheavals in Senate history?"

I know nothing about Senate history, but if this is the worst they've ever had to manage, we're not in bad shape.

Happily, the Senate has a historian, and there's a lot on their history site. This crisis, for one. And, for good measure, how's this for upheaval?"

I wish these people knew what they were talking about before they wrote.

Well, if they did that, blogs would cease to exist!

I'm disappointed - I read it first as Charles Schumer, who I think could use a certain amount of that treatment.

Now, now--you know Chuckie's not going to leave that easily. Youse guys are gonna have to vote him out. Even then, he might not leave.

I like upheavals especially if it means morons and idiots will be gone!

We are talking about the Senate, here. I think there's an ample supply of backup idiots and morons.
